I don't mean to be promoting a diet or product but this was so good I had to share it with everyone. I have just completed a seven day lemon detox and I wanted to share with everyone how brilliant this is. Initially I thought it would be really difficult and I'd feel really hungry [as you can not eat anything] but I am amazed at how good I feel. I have lost more than 5kg, I feel great and my skin is really soft. I never felt hungry and was able to continue working and doing all my usual weekly things.
