Calling every female who works/lives/passes through central London!   For regular blog readers, you know how dull I find the price of grooming is here compared to NYC. It’s ridiculous - £35 for a manicure, which would cost you less than half that there, and you need to book several weeks in advance and salons here are only open about 9AM to 5PM 5 days a week anyway.   But then, a miracle. I was walking down a side street between Leicester Square and Trafalgar Square and I spotted a manicure/massage place. Maggie, the nail technician, does revarnishes for £3, full on manicures for £10, and deluxe pedicures for £15. Oh, and all that nail art stuff at bargain prices as well. You don’t need to book, you can walk on in.   But here’s the thing. No one’s found her yet. So she might leave. The BF and I are extremely worried about losing her. (NB her polish selection is a bit limited unless you’re doing full on nail art so bring your own Essie/Opi. But she has a nail dryer and everything!!).   So get yourselves down to 29 Whitcomb Street, WC2H 7EP – 020 7930 9298 IMMEDIATELY!! We must keep her open! (And get this – the place is open 1PM-10PM 7 days a week).   Too good to be true… unless we act now!
